INSULT TO INDIAN NATIONAL FLAG is as a JASHN(Moment of Celebration) for the 4th pillar of Constitution of India...

The Indian National Flag represents the hopes and aspirations of the people of India. It is the symbol of our national pride. Over the last six decades, several people including members of armed forces have ungrudgingly laid down their lives to keep the tricolour flying in its full glory.

Above picture shows a snap of a JASHN - E - AZADI from one of the renounced newspaper of Republic of India stating that "Before Independence day a 400 mt. National flag is prepared in Hyderabad". 

This is how our responsible pillar of constitution of India are working, presenting the breach of FLAG CODE OF INDIA as a JASHN - E - AZADI.....

Extract from THE PREVENTION OF INSULTS TO NATIONAL HONOUR ACT, 1971:

"Whoever in any public place or in any other place within public view burns, mutilates, defaces, defiles, disfigures, destroys, tramples upon or otherwise shows disrespect to or brings into contempt (whether by words, either spoken or written, or by acts) the Indian National Flag………. or

any part thereof, shall be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to three years, or with fine, or with both.".

The disrespect to the Indian National Flag means and includes allowing the Indian National Flag to touch the ground or the floor or trail in water intentionally(Extracted from above mentioned act, Source website of Ministry of Home Affairs)

As an honored citizen of Republic of India my single question is that:

"Why our media is showcasing disrespect of our core values as a moment of Celebration ???"
